Mr. Brian D. Adler is one of the best known real estate brokers and residential developers on the Westside of Los Angeles–which includes Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Holmby Hills, Brentwood, and Beverly Park. Emersed in that world throughout his career, Mr. Adler’s assured skill in representing his clients –including international captains of industry, as well as celebrities–has been perfected over many hundreds of complex transactions.Known for his discerning clientele, Mr. Adler has continued to raise the bar of professionalism, integrity,and client service in the real estate industry.

Mr. Adler’s comprehensive and intimate knowledge of meeting the needs of his buyers and sellers, comes from five decades as a leading residential real estate broker. He is the former co-owner of the Harleigh Sandler Company–at the time, the Westside’s leading residential broker. After selling to Merrill Lynch, he became chairman of Merrill Lynch Realty- Sandler/Adler as well as founder and a principle in Equity Title Company. The brainchild of Adler, the innovative Rodeo Realty pioneered the million dollar plus real estate market and set the precedent for marketing to the most discerning, affluent buyers and sellers.

Stimulated by new challenges, Adler sub-sequentially chose to refocus his experience and energy toward developing Beverly Park –a 325-acre,guard-gated estate enclave adjacent to Beverly Hills. Beverly Park is considered to be the premier guard-gated enclave in the United States. As the developer of North Beverly Park, Mr. Adler was personally involved in every aspect of the project –from master planning to overseeing the design and sight planning of the estates as well as building and developing several of the estate residences. He personally presented and brokered all sales of the 80, approximate two level acre estate sites as well as a multitude of resales of the estate residences –for a total of 114 sales to date(overall values of estates in Beverly Park are approximately $25,000,000-$125,000,000).

Following this world-renowned venture, Mr. Adler has set his sights on an exciting new one as the co-founder, partner, and president of the William Pierce Real Estate brokerage firm –with its first California office in Beverly Hills. The planned multi-office new firm will focus on the listing and selling of properties. Adler said, “After my many years in the brokerage business, the opening of our new company’s Beverly Hills office in my hometown is extremely exciting.
