Brenda Di Ioia joined the real estate industry after retiring from a distinguished 32-year career in law as a Magistrate, an AV Preeminent rated attorney, a testament to her unparalleled legal prowess and unwavering ethical standards, a legal educator, and a dispute resolution specialist at both the State and Federal levels. Originally from Cape May Courthouse, New Jersey Brenda became a nearly native South Florida resident, at 5 years old. Brenda attended Broward College (A.A. with honors), Florida Atlantic University (B.A. with honors) and Nova Southeastern University Law School (J.D.). She is licensed to practice before all Florida state courts and all Federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court.

  Brenda’s local, national, and international recognition and success in the legal field made for a seamless transition to the luxury real estate business where she is able to apply her meticulous attention to detail, communication acumen and negotiation skills every day to our executive team and clients facilitating the smoothest real estate experience possible. Her knowledge of ever-evolving regulatory landscapes and exceptional talent to foster cooperation and consensus among all stakeholders results in stress free residential and commercial investment and home ownership transactions. 

Throughout her career, Brenda blends her passion for social impact with sound business expertise to educate our clients and to advocate for their best outcome. The personal fulfillment she gets from guiding clients through the biggest life transitions of their lives is what drives her forward. Tackling the complexity of the most significant issues to an individual or business takes a diverse point of view and often times unique life experiences. She is reliable, disciplined, and gets results. She may even seem familiar to you. Brenda’s impressive media background spans over 15 years, encompassing public speaking and relations, digital media, radio, print, and television. Notably, she was the Magistrate Judge on TruTv’s courtroom reality show, “Speeders Fight Back”, captivating the attention of 91 million households across the United States and abroad.

Active in the community, Brenda is proud to serve as a Guardian and as Flight Staff Honor Flight South Florida a 100% volunteer organization dedicated solely to honoring all veterans for their service by completing a 1-day flight missions to Washington, DC to see the memorials a grateful nation has built in their honor.  This work offers her the opportunity to connect with others over a shared devotion to express gratitude for military service and sacrifice.

Efficient and energetic, when Brenda is not providing stellar service to our clients, she enjoys boating, traveling, and values her time with her two sons, friends, and family. Brenda feels privileged to be part of an executive team of luxury real estate experts who are focused on delivering homes that are “palaces of peace” all while maintaining a 5 STAR experience.
